The Jews Need Perfecting, Apparently

Posted by MangaPunkSai on October 15, 2007
Ann Coulter
I hear banjoes.

I’m sure everyone knows big crazy man-lady Ann Coulter. And if you don’t here’s a summary: attention whoring anorexic blonde closet lesbian spouts batshit crazy opinions and yet people see fit to put her on TV and never challenge her clearly insane and contradictory views. Yeah I know I said I was going to do politics and not religion next, but this is partly about politics. Also my political post was boring and I’m still working on it and Ann Coulter’s latest comment is far, far funnier.

Anyway, according to Cuntler-er Coutler, Christians only want to convert Jews because they want them to be "perfected".

Alert Nintendo! PETA’s Gon’ Get Sued!

Posted by MangaPunkSai on August 20, 2007
PETA's dumb game
That’s it little chickities. Walk into KFC
and become delicious popcorn chicken

We all know PETA: the so-called "animal lovers" who set buildings on fire, protest fast food restaurants, send death threats to people who work for insurance companies that happen to insure testing labs, and worship a hypocritical organization that euthanises animals given to them when they become too expensive to care for, all because they’re pissed off and confused due to being so damn hungry. They even think owning pets is animal abuse despite the fact pets are the most spoiled, healthy, long-lived and loved animals on the planet.

Anyway, before I get onto a rant about PETA (some day, some day) let me get to the point of this post: one of PETA’s websites is currently hosting a game. A very expensive looking flash game that must have taken a long time and alot of money to make and is a Mario Bros. parody. Even for a parody it’s dangerously close to the source at first glance, but upon further investigation (I.E. playing it) one finds that it actually contains cameos of actual Mario Bros. characters. WHAT!?

People Dislike Bush For His “Common Sense”

Posted by MangaPunkSai on August 16, 2007

Bush Turkey"[Bush haters are] sort of elite, effete snobs who can’t hold a candle to [him]. What they don’t like about him is that he is common sense, that he is Middle America." Ever wanted to hear retard Karl Rove and the big fat idiot Rush Limbaugh talk about how SMART George "Dubya" Bush is? Well here you go.

I’m not really sure who they’re trying to kid, or what they’re trying to prove, but I thought this downplaying of Bush’s critics in light of, well, the giant clusterfuck of schemes, lies, scandals, resignations, death and failure, didn’t work anymore. Then again we are talking about a Conservative radio show here, those only exist to parrot extreme Right-winger’s ideas of how they’d like reality to be, rather than how it actually is.

The Power of Prayer

Posted by MangaPunkSai on August 8, 2007

Prayer: How to do nothing and still think you're helpingYeah yeah, I’m on about religion again. Sorry! It just happens to be a pet peeve of mine. Over the past couple of days my favorite local radio personality, Charles, has been ranting about this woman, whose story has probably been naturally embraced, who was jogging under the bridge in Minnesota moments before it collapsed. And her first instinct wasn’t to turn and run back to the aid of others, but to run to a park and call out to the people around her that she wanted to… pray. And effectively distracted about fifteen people from actually taking action and doing something that would actually help save lives. But I’m sure displaying their faith and worship made them all feel all squishy inside.

Charles was making points, and I can only say they’re his claims as I’m having trouble finding news on this, that while this woman and her prayer group sat around praying a school bus driver helped all the children in his care to safety out the emergency exit as the bus was pinned against a barrier. A skateboarder was going around helping people climb to safety. And meanwhile all she and anyone who joined her did was sit around and mumble to themselves, as the bridge collapsed, cars plunged into the river, and people died, just yards away, and she’s considered a hero for it because prayer was involved, and it’s her story that’s told, I think, because it can be skewed into a sugary anecdote of faith. Hearing this, I had to look it up for myself.

Noonan and the Gilded Age

Posted by MangaPunkSai on July 30, 2007
Peggy Noonan
Peggy Noonan.
If you’re a lowly wage-slave don’t
even try to talk to her.

So there’s this woman. Peggy Noonan. Writes political books and is a political Conservative. Rich. She writes columns for the Wall Street Journal. Recently she wrote an article called "Rich Man, Poor Man" which started out as a promising piece about the "Gilded Age", how the super rich are richer than ever, the gap between the rich and the poor is staggering, and that this age of greed and money has lead to higher instances of social rudeness.

Then it degraded into a tirade about minimum wage workers.

It’s hard to tell if this is just extremely subtle satire about rich fucks looking down on anyone else who isn’t a rich fuck, or if she’s just one of these batshit crazy right-wingers who have gotten so far out there that they actually come full circle and satirize themselves without even realizing it. Seeing as the article continues into some nonsensical pseudo-intellectual rant about cellphones, I’m going to write my article as if it’s the latter and dissect the meat of this piece.
